Instead, they refused to allow me to use their phone, even after consulting with their supervisor. There was no public phone in the facility, so I went to the front desk assuming they would be willing to help. The bedside phone in my room didn’t work, and neither did the fridge. When I woke the morning after my stay I discovered sometime during the night I had lost my cell phone. If not for that I would give a 1 star review instead of a 2 star. The room was very clean and quiet despite all the construction work going on. I will never return to that casino again. As a diamond member who goes to all the Caesar’s casinos in the south east I am extremely disappointed in the treatment we got from them. My fiancé was offended by the way they treated me we just had to leave.

We drove over an hour to get there from Cherokee with intent to gamble a couple thousand dollars but they were so ugly to us that we left. It was such an unpleasant experience that me and my friends ended up leaving right away. Martha was so rude that I even had to ask her why is she being so rude to me. The two people checking for ID’s at the front were so incredibly rude. We drove to river valley and this is my fourth time here. I drive out to a casino 2-3 times every month from Atlanta and have earned diamond tier doing so. We decided to drive to Harrah’s river valley on our way home to Atlanta. I came to Harrah’s Cherokee with some friends and stayed the night gambling all night having a great time.
